The rooms are well-spaced for privacy, and the house has a smart TV, gas stove, and a big kitchen.
There’s a huge garage, plus a third room I’d love to turn into a studio. Two toilets, one shared bathroom (with a bathtub).
Important: Must be good/experienced with an indoor cat as I have one who I love here.
