The room has a ceiling fans, built-in, antenna jack should you have your own tv, there is a centralised air-conditioner that cools the whole house. House rule wise all I ask is that you clean up after yourself and should you decide that you want to move out please if possible give me 2 weeks notice. The property is not far away from public transport and local shops and Noosa Civic is only minutes down the road. While the most people here is myself and two other people, I generally only have myself and 1 other person (unless you are a couple).

In the house we have foxtel, a pool and a movie collection of over 1500 titles for you to enjoy. We are very flexible here and always happy to help you if you require when we are not working. This is a smoke free house, so you are more than welcome if you smoke but you will need to go outside to do it.

I need someone I can trust not to go crazy:) When I return I am only around a couple to few days at a time. Not necessarily a set time period, so definitely need someone who can live on their own, be at peace and understand that I do still live here It is just not often that I am in town. If you have questions please ask. Neither of us want to feel as if we "can't come home" this is why it's such a low rate for what is offered. STEPS TO NOOSA BEACH. Beautiful and sunny and warm during the winter. I am offering the other bedroom for rent in my peaceful 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Noosa. This is a quite a large modern apartment and is perfectly located on Noosa hill, 1 minute walk to Noosa Junctions shops restuarants, english school etc, and a 5 min stroll down steps through beautiful forest to hastings street,beachfront restuarants, Noosa main beach and gorgeous little cove beach. So no need for a car. The best of Noosa is right at your doorstep! My apartment is modern with all the mod cons, huge couch seats 8, large balcony with mountain views, modern kitchen, brand new air con, dishwasher, laundry , ceiling fans and built ins. room with all bedding doona etc. It is very quiet here! Wake up to the view of palm trees and the sound of birds. There is a GREAT POOL in the complex with banana lounges that is hardly used by any one else, so really private. I am a professional girl 35+ I love a laugh, happy times, good music, cooking, a run on the beach, the occasional gym session and the occasional wine on the balcony to watch the sunset, I also enjoy the wonderful live music talent in Noosa, and basically all Noosa has to offer. I am pretty easy going and generally get along with every one. I would need a bond and would prefer a longer stay. 3 months plus but am flexible. Full bond will be refunded at end of your stay as long as room is clean etc. I have been here for 4 years and its a great apartment and Noosa is one of the best places in australia to live. Room is furnished with postupedic queen size bed., built ins, yoga mat free weights beach towels and umberella and beach chairs are also yours to use from the living area. Also may be able to fit some of your furniture in the bedroom if you have some so flexible there. If you think this sounds like you give me a text with your details ie weather you work during the day, age male or female etc then come and take a look. This really is "THE BEST SPOT IN NOOSA" as it's so great not to have to jump in the car to get to the beach or hastings street to go out etc. Ps we are 1 min walk to the most popular bars in Noosa but totally quiet.
