About the flatmates
The room is very large, with it's own ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, king-sized bed and own fridge You would share the kitchen. One semi-retired gentleman and one other working couple are the present occupants,. all quiet sensible respectful people. Please note this is NOT a party house; is in a very quiet residential area. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES, and will require ID. Sorry, but can NOT take pets, not even goldfish. Do not provide free beer or pizza, but do have free water, power and wi-fi. Ideal for a couple. The price is $550 per week, with $550 bond. Prefer longer term, working people, may negotiate a slightly cheaper price for a single person. Will be available for viewing and occupancy after New Years day.
