Both your bedroom and living area feature (which is a seperate room with balcony) have built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The home backs onto a beautiful park and bushland, perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings or evenings on the deck listening to the birds.

We are a low-key couple who value health, fitness and time in nature. One of us works from home, and we keep regular daytime hours so we're ideally seeking someone with a similar routine who appreciates a calm, respectful household.

Located on a quiet street with the 628 bus just a 3-minute walk away (Noosa Civic and Noosa Junction). Rent includes all bills/internet, you supply your own toilet paper and laundry detergent.

Two weeks' bond and two weeks' rent in advance required, plus references. Price listed is for a single, otherwise couple is $560 per week
