Hello! I'm looking for a friendly, neat, non-smoking, dog-loving housemate who likes harmonious, relaxed living and being able to walk barefoot to the beach. The house is in a quiet crescent, five houses from the beach, four blocks walk to Kawana Shopping World, Kawana Surf Club and restaurants and cafes.
Good size bedroom (3.5m x 3.2m), fits QB with bedside tables and other bedroom furniture. Large built-in robe and 10-speed fan. The home is fully furnished and equipped (except your bedroom). Some storage available in the garden shed.
The house itself is older but renovated, light and bright inside, with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom. There are large gardens front and back, and an outdoor shower.
Rent is $365 p/w plus bills. Included:
- Unlimited NBN
- Lawn mowing and garden maintenance
- Basic household consumables - toilet paper, handwash, paper towel, water filters, dishcloths, bin liners, foil, glad wrap, ziplocks, laundry liquid, cleaning products etc.

I have a super chilled Husky x Kelpie named Hamish who loves everyone.
