☀️ Hello! Join us, Lucy and Swan, two great friends (who met via flatmates) sharing a beautiful home as we open our doors to welcome a new flatmate into our lovely mojo dojo casa house.

🏠 About the House;
Being on a corner, our home boasts abundant natural light that fills every corner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here’s a description of the house:
- Three bedrooms - one downstairs and two upstairs. The room advertised is upstairs, the second largest of the three and features a built-in wardrobe and enough space for a large desk and large bed.
- Kitchen, dining room and living room are three separate and large rooms
- One central bathroom + additional toilet out the back in the workshop
- Huge storage shed in the yard
- Huge sunny courtyard with fairy lights
- Workshop out the back

📍Location;
This house is in the most convenient location:
- Situated opposite a supermarket
- Two minute walk away from the bus stop that has frequent buses going into and from the city
- Plenty of vibrant cafes and shops along the same street
- Walking distance to Tramsheds/Jubliee Park and the Glebe foreshore
- Plenty of unlimited street parking near the house, so parking is never an issue

Ideally we're looking for someone aged 25-35 who is looking for housemates they can be friends with, not just a place to sleep 😊

We will be conducting interviews week of the 18th and plan to have to lock someone in by the 25th, with move in date on the 8th Feb.
