About the property
Hi everyone! We have are looking for a fourth house mate to move in as we renew our lease this coming Feb 24. Both unfurnished, medium size bedroom + studio/office for rent in our gorgeous 1/2 acre, 3 story mcm treehouse. Rent is $350/week not including bills. Great for a freelancer, streamer, artist or someone that works from home.
The house is fully furnished with amenities, kitchen appliances, washing machine, dryer etc. full size kitchen for those who love to cook and a pool table downstairs! We also have a lovely large back yard which is perfect to sit in and read or relax however you like. We have plans for a veggie garden this year!
This place would suit a fellow hermit that prefers to be in nature than the hustle and bustle of the city, which is about a 30min-1hr drive depending on traffic. (40 min train from Sutherland). We also have a double car garage/ plenty of room in our drive for parking if you drive.
Pets are considered, so long as they get along with our beautiful boy cat, Homeboy.

About the flatmates
Arden, 26 - Aspiring vegan, ace so you don’t have to worry about guests lol. I love art, piano/ guitar, snorkelling, and motorcycle riding. Love old films and cute cartoons. Big environmentalist so I try to live by zero waste. I’m an introvert and take a lot of time to myself whether it’s at our beautiful mcm treehouse or down in the royal national park. I do like a chat and hang, especially if we share an interest. I work night shifts as a dancer in the city so I’m pretty nocturnal. I do my best to keep quiet but if you’re a light sleeper you may prefer somewhere else. For me personally, I would really appreciate a house mate who can keep shared spaces tidy and clean. And remembers to lock up at night/ turn off lights etc.
Kahlan and Matt, 24/34 - We are quiet respectful people who mostly keeps to themselves but happy to chat or share a meal occasionally. We love art and nature/animals. We really enjoy interacting with the wildlife that live in our garden so would be keen for someone like-minded. We also spend a lot of time gaming in our room, so we'll rarely get in your hair! A clean, peaceful home where we feel safe and no one is judged is our goal. Workwise Kahlan is a dancer in the city and Matt is a bartender so we are both nocturnal. Homeboy is our friendly cat who loves cuddles and is great company after a long day. Ideally looking for someone similar who wants a calm, low-drama household 🙂
