Our lovely housemate has moved out with her partner so their room has become available!
Bardwell park is a nice quiet location, but you’re still quite close to the action in Burwood, Central and Hurstville. We are a 7-10ish minute walk (depends on how tall/hasty of a walker you are) or a 4 minute run from the station which will take you to Central in around 20 minutes, or the airport in 7.
The room comes with:

- Kitchen with gas range, microwave, rice cooker and air fryer.
- Dining room, with big table and chairs
- Two fridges to share between 4 people

My name is Jin (27) and I’m an illustrator/animator. Probably reading somewhere. Always down to chat and I like to cook for the house.
Josh (32) is a super chill guy. Nice to chat with, especially about anime and games.
Naman (25) is another super chill guy. A recent design grad, will chat about anything as well.
I have an older black lab, Lucy (11). She’s slowing down these days but in line with her breed’s stereotype, she’s still quite an excitable girl, so liking dogs would be a plus in this house! Pets are considered, but they would have to get along with the boss, Lucy.
Our land lady lives in a granny flat at the back of the property. She’s a kind person, I like her. Generally won’t see her that much, unless you are in the yard when she’s doing yard work.
