About the property
Decent sized room for Bondi (everything seems to be a shoebox around these parts), a big kitchen with a really nice back garden with plenty of seating areas and a grill. Super close to the beach (5 minutes walking, and real 5, not "5") and woolies/harris farms.
Everything is close, but quiet enough (not the party area of Bondi). Neighbours are chill and the 379 bus stops half a block away from the door (takes you straight to Bondi Junction in 10-15 mins). Room is about 3.5m x 3m

Hey! I work full time in solar energy from home but I head out to the beach for a surf whenever I got some spare time.
Usually I spend a week a month away in Newcastle for work.
Pretty much looking for someone chill, but clean: if you used it, clean it, not keen on chasing you like a child, we should both be grown ups by now.
Keeping the common areas neat is a must, don't care what you do in your room.
This is a NON negotiable and will be a reason for end of lease.
Keen on sharing the cost of a cleaner monthly.
