🏠 Flatmates:
You'll be sharing the apartment with Helena and Luke, two friendly and responsible guys in their mid-20s to early 30s from the UK and Germany. Helena studies full-time at the UTS, and Luke works full-time. Both are quite active outside of uni/work. We love sports and are into yoga, surfing, CrossFit, running, gym, swimming, tennis, sauna etc.. However, we also enjoy spending time at home and having dinner together or catching up after a long day of work. Sometimes working from home and often up early and in bed by 9 or 10 pm.

💰 Rent Details:
The rent is $610 per week plus some bills, and a 3-week bond is required

⏳ Move in from the 6th of Feb 2026!
- We are looking for someone to move in on the 6th of Feb. If you are ready to make this your new home, don't hesitate to reach out!
- Looking for someone long-term (minimum 3-month stay) to join our harmonious and fun living space.
