The bedroom is ~12 sqm large, has a built-in wardrobe, and comes unfurnished. Shared bathroom.

Ideally, we’re after another young professional, boy or girl, aged 25–35 who’s respectful, likes to keep a tidy home and enjoys a laid-back coastal lifestyle. We like to make the place feel like a home so ideally someone who is keen to have the odd glass of wine or dinner together, but also happy to do their own thing too! Have lived here for almost three years and have a good relationship with the landlord (he's super responsive and easy going). Not a party house but always down for a Friday night bevvy.
We’re looking for someone interested in a 3 month or long-term rental (12 months).
Lease goes to Aug 2026 with option for renewal, so rent stays the same till then ($1245 pw). Full transparency – I pay a bit less for the bigger room as I furnished the apartment and am on the lease!

Ada is a 29 year old Aussie tech nerd working on her own business in AI/Aged Care. She loves zone 2 exercises, pilates, nature walks with her dog, and board games.
Connor is 27 and a very outdoors guy. Loves cycling and running (especially national parks). Appreciates a tranquil vibe.
Both of us enjoy a yap and solo time equally. Recently picked up catan, nerf guns, and monopoly deal.
