Spacious, light-filled room (4.3m x 3.4m) in the heart of Bondi – one-minute walk to Bondi beach and right on Hall st, surrounded by cafés, shops, gyms, restaurants and local spots. The room has high ceilings, a built-in wardrobe, and plenty of natural light.

Comes with a queen bed, desk and monitor. Ideal for working from home, studying, or an unwinding spot.

The living room and kitchen are both really big – the whole place is great size, especially for the location.

The room faces the street, so you get sunlight and a glimpse of the water from the window if you poke your head out the window. Super close to public transport – 10 - 15 minutes to Bondi Junction by bus – and there’s off-street parking with spaces always available if you’ve got a car.

The flat is fully equipped with all the essentials – fast internet, large TV, streaming services, full kitchen setup, dishwasher and laundry. There’s also a shared backyard that’s good for a BBQ or relaxing outdoors.

Your room's entrance is separate from the living room area, so you'll have a bit more privacy.

We are open to Short (2 month) - Medium term (6 months) and longer if you're the right fit.

For Bondi Summer, you won’t find cheaper or a better location for short term stays. Open to backpackers, students, full time workers and everyone in between.

Potentially open to couples / two people, but that will be subject to increased cost of $900 per week.
