Easy walking distance to the beach, the best cafes, supermarket, and right next to the Bondi markets every Saturday and Sunday. Everything is super close.
The apartment is bright and open with lots of natural light, a beach view, and a balcony (third floor). It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a dedicated study space with two desks, making it ideal for WFH.
You’ll have off-street car parking, in-apartment laundry with a washing machine / dryer. fully equipped kitchen with walk-in pantry and is set up properly for cooking. The apartment is cleaned every week.
Bedroom is furnished, but I’m happy to remove everything if you have your own furniture.

About me: 30, work in finance, travel a lot, and am often away during the week and for 2–4 months each year, so the apartment is usually very quiet. Outside work I surf, cook, read, and travel.
This is a calm, well-run home in what is genuinely one of the best spots in Bondi. Best suited to someone clean, independent, and respectful who values space, light, and a beachside lifestyle without chaos.
