This apartment comes fully furnished (see pictures). You just need to move in your bed and anything else you'd like for your bedroom, along with some kitchen utensils.

Happy to share the couch and dining space etc. and a laundry is downstairs. There is a washing machine but no space for a dryer, however there is plenty of balcony space to hang dry clothes, or there is a big communal clothes line downstairs.

Located right in the center of Bondi Beach, this apartment is a convenient walk away to everything you need. It is a:
- 3 minute walk to the beach
- 3 minute walk to the bus stop to take the 333 or 379 (takes you to Bondi Junction and the city)
- 2 minute walk to Harris Farm or a 5 minute walk to Woolworths Metro
- 2 minute walk to Hall Street (loads of bars and eateries along there)
- Amazing cafes & eateries around like Volume One, Common Supply, Kazzi Greek, Get Sashimi, Bills, Blackwood, Switch, Raw Bar, Harry's and so much more all walkable distance
- Plenty of gyms within walking distance (Vrtus, Revl, Beach House)

The apartment itself is a very safe (front door entry that requires quests to be buzzed in & dead lock doors) and only has 6 apartments. Neighbours are all very friendly, keep to themselves and quiet.
