About the property
10 minute walk from Bondi beach. A few mins walk to Harris Farm bondi and many cafes and restaurants. Modern, spacious, light filled apartment. Spacious balcony that looks out onto beautiful trees. Dishwasher and modern kitchen, large fridge.
This is a beautiful, modern apartment with a large living room and open kitchen/living room area. It's very spacious and the balcony is a great place to relax, look out at the trees and contemplate life!
The apartment is at the back of the building so it's very peaceful and quiet and get sunlight all throughout the day.
The apartment is furnished - smart TV, couch etc - let me know if you have any furniture you'd like to bring as I don't currently have a dining table (but will be getting one soon)
The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished- the pic has a queen bed in it but I'll buy a double bed so the room is more spacious (if you don't want to bring your own bed). I'll also buy some nice white wardrobes in the next week or two so you'll have plenty of hanging space for your clothes.
(Please note: the living room pic is the real estate one because I have just moved in, I will replace with updated pics of the space with my furniture once I've unpacked a bit more in the next day or two)

You'll be living with me :) I'm 36 years old, female. I grew up in Bondi and lived in NYC for many years (I moved there to study theater and comedy) before returning back to Bondi. I have an online business in the education industry.
I love to dance salsa and bachata, go to the gym and cook healthy food. I also love seeing comedy shows and theater.
I am respectful and value open communication. I really value living in a peaceful place where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
I'm happy to have a chat over dinner or do our own thing. Also enjoy having a few friends over for dinner sometimes but that's the extent of my partying these days! haha
