About the property
Hey! We have a large room available in our spacious home. Rent is per calendar month at $2098. The room is available long term until January 2027. The bond is $1500.
The apartment is located in North Bondi, literally a few minutes to the beach itself. We are on a really quiet street, with cafes and restaurants surrounding us, and the bus stop for the 333/380 is just down the street.
The apartment itself is modern and spacious, with so much storage! The bedroom on offer has aircon and a large built in wardrobe. We can also include a double bed frame if needed. The flat does not come with parking but we are entitled to a permit for street parking.
We have a laundry cabinet for the dryer and washing machine, a living room with an open kitchen (incl. dishwasher & gas cooker). The bedroom available is on the second floor of the duplex, and has a shared bathroom with Sophie.

Sophie, 30 from the UK and been living in the apartment since November 2024. I work from home usually 2 days a week. I spend my weekends at the market, beach and Pilates (like every other person in this city lol).
Amelia, 31. Originally from New Zealand and based in Sydney for the past 7 years. Works in advertising technology, travelling regularly for work and enjoying the best of Bondi in between - beach, fitness, good food!
We are both super chilled, and want our home and space to reflect that. It’s definitely not a party house, we both live busy lives so we’re after someone who’s also chilled. That being said, we are sociable and friendly, and looking for someone who will match that vibe. We are after someone who is working full time, can commit to long term, is considerate, respectful and clean.
We can’t accept couples or pets.
Available to move in as soon as possible, though there there can be flexibility on this for the right person.
