Stunning light filled apartment.

This is a special space.

- One bedroom apartment for the same price as a studio.

Isn't suitable for couples.

(Two friends sharing the room is ok - it's a slightly different price, pm for info).

It's a combination of living solo and sharing space with a good flatmate.

I stay in the sunroom when i come to Sydney.

Top floor, North easterly aspect, so it’s a light filled stunning space.
Close to shops, cafes, and of course the beach!
There is a bus stop outside and free street parking.
It’s a peaceful, quiet, serene street
Isn’t suited to light sleepers though as you will hear some light life noise in Bondi during Summer.
Security camera so it’s a safe space.
Small block with nice neighbours.

I split my life between living up the coast and coming to Sydney to work every second week - so you will have the space to yourself a lot, usually ten day stretches at a time.

I’m fun to live with during the times I’m in Sydney ☺️

The bathroom is off the sunroom, so this isn't suitable for sharing with couples, and is for females only thanks.

Please note this also means there is an element of sharing space as the three rooms are connected - bathroom is off the sunroom - sunroom is off the bedroom.

There is stacks of storage installed;
some of it is shared.

I have had some incredible people come to live here and share the space, and i am still friends with and stay in touch with those that have.

Ideal flatmate is a clean, creative, trustworthy single female, that's comfortable sharing space - or happy to stay at partners place sometimes.

It isn't a party house, and for short term stays socialising outside of the apartment please.
