Hi there,
I am sub-letting my beautiful furnished ground floor apartment at Bondi Beach.
The house is a quick three minute walk to the beach! This is ideal for those wanting to enjoy the warm weather swimming and surfing in Bondi.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a lovely, sunny sunroom looking over a garden. There is one bedroom and a large kitchen. The apartment would suit a couple or a single person.
It is located right next to the best cafes (Harry’s, Depot) and markets at Bondi Beach.
Renting duration - 26 February to 17 April (7 weeks), but I am somewhat flexible with dates.
The price includes all utilities (including internet) and the use of fully furnished accomodation (including sheets, towels, pans, crockery etc).
