RENT:
- Single occupancy: $450 per week (includes water and internet).

ABOUT THE BEDROOM:
The bedroom is well-sized and fully furnished with:

- A wardrobe

You’ll only need to bring your own linens, blankets, covers, pillowcases, and towels.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
I'm seeking an easy-going, friendly, mature, and respectful individual who takes pride in keeping things clean and tidy. Maintaining cleanliness in shared areas is essential to ensure a peaceful and harmonious living environment.

As the apartment doesn’t have a dishwasher, we kindly ask that dishes are washed, and the kitchen is cleaned thoroughly after each use. This home is best suited to someone who values tidiness and is happy to contribute to keeping shared spaces neat and pleasant.

I also value open and respectful communication. I believe in speaking directly and kindly, without drama. It’s important to me that we’re both comfortable discussing anything that might come up, so we can maintain a harmonious and supportive living arrangement.

HOUSE RULES:
🚫 No smoking and no parties.
🚫 Smoking, drugs, and excessive drunkenness are strictly prohibited.
✅Casual gatherings for tea, coffee, a couple of beers or a glass of wine, as well as lunches or early dinners with friends are welcome.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- I am occasionally away for a few days, so you may have the apartment to yourself during those periods.
- I am looking for someone who is clean, organised, and ideally interested in a long-term stay, though shorter stays from 1 week are also possible. A liking for dogs is essential, as there may occasionally be one in the apartment.
