Looking for someone to take the second bedroom (and jump on the lease) in my beautiful apartment in Neutral Bay as my housemate is sadly moving back to QLD! The apartment has amazing harbour and city views of the bridge and city skyline. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, there are polished wooden floorboards throughout and there is both a shower and a bath in the bathroom. There is a shared laundry between our apartment and the other three on our floor (it's pretty much always free) and there is lift access both from the carpark and ground floor. I'm a journalist and features writer in the CBD and work 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday and sometimes work Sundays. I exercise when I can but am easily influenced and always up for a wine.
