It’s got a garage space which is very small. I’m going to start parking my car on the street and using the garage space as storage for my bike, and any things you may have.
I’ve never tested out the street parking so I’ll start parking on the street and see how it goes.

About the flatmates
Hey, so I will add photos tomorrow but I wanted to get this add out for now.
This is a 2 bed one bath ( toilet, shower and bathtub) apartment in Cammeray. I do live with a kitten ( photo attached) so you must be ok with her running around the lounge room.
I’ve got a TV, PlayStation which has YouTube and Netflix attached which you are welcome to use. I’ve got very basic kitchen utensils as it’s only me at the moment so if you came with a few extra plates and mugs that would be great.
Washing machine available and will purchase a dryer soon.
I work 5-6 days a week. At the moment night shift 2pm to 12 and some hobbies I enjoy are going to the gym, bike rides, fishing, swimming, hiking, spending time at home, watching YouTube, playing games. Pretty low key and chill most of the time I’m distancing myself from drinking and going out so I’ve been locked in and really enjoying it.
Ideally you would be hard working and clean and friendly, good hearted individual looking for a place to live, save some money together (sharing rent) and living life .
