About the property
We live in a beautiful ladies house that overlooks a gulley of trees, right in the heart of Cammeray, near North Sydney. We have a peaceful, feminine vibe to our house and our all respectful, clean and kindhearted.
There are 4 women currently living in this house, all aged between 29 to 31. 🩷
I am going away from the start of March 2026 until mid-April. I'm seeking someone to sublet my beautiful bedroom while I am away. I may be able to be flexible with dates, but we would need to discuss. But ideally seeking someone to sublet for 1-1.5 months.
My bedroom is on the ground floor of our house. The room will come furnished with my double bed, 3x wooden clothes storage drawers, a bedside table, salt lamp, full-length mirror, and (optional) fan. You'll have your own bathroom also on the ground floor, with a pink tiled shower. 💕
My room opens up internally to our beautiful living-room and balcony looking over the backyard and nature view, whereas the other end of my room has backdoors that open up to our lush, nature front-yard. My room receives beautiful natural lighting throughout the days.
There's a small, outdoor wooden table just outside your room on our front courtyard that is basically privately yours. Our front yard is private, peaceful & often blooms pretty flowers. 🌸
You get your own bathroom on the downstairs floor, which comes with a pink-tiled shower. We have a communal dryer and washing machine, which are also located in this bathroom.
Our household gets a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony overlooking our backyard, which sets gorgeously behind a beautiful, large sandstone bridge in the distance. We get many birds visiting us through the days, and have a lush view of trees. We're a 5-min walk from Tunks Park, where there is space to excersize (runs/walks) including some beautiful bush tracks. There's also an outdoor gym at the oval, a boat jetty with harbour views.
We have a TV in our communal living area, strong WiFi internet, and peaceful/quiet neighbours and surroundings.
We are in a prime location that is quiet yet super convenience.
• 5-min walk to Cammeray shops
• 30-sec walk to the bus stop, which travels towards North Sydney, the City, etc
• 5-min drive to Northbridge shops
• 7-min drive to Crows Nest / Neutral Bay
• 10-min drive to Chatswood
All the ladies who live here are very easy going! So I am hoping to find someone who is also like this to sublet my room. Someone who is easy going, likes to laugh, is clean, and respectful.
Pets: We can only consider cats here.
Unfortunately no dogs!

Our house is an incredible location, within walking distance from North Sydney, yet feels like you are not in the city but in nature due to the gorgeous balcony views. It is incredibly quiet and serene street, within walking distance of the shops, an oval, bushtrack and the water. 🌿
The vibe of our house is joyful, feminine energy. There are 4 women in total living here, who are all beautiful people. We love to laugh and share dinners together.
Our house is wooden and quirky and this room comes with a cedar lined bathroom and bath. I'll probably has a beautiful garden and many flowers throughout the year. Many birds come and perch on a balcony that overlooks a gully of trees. It is a slice of heaven in the heart of Sydney. ✨
My room comes finished with a double bed, bedside table with drawers, a fan, three large storage shelves, another chest of drawers, a bedside lamp, aesthetic lighting, and a full length mirror. I will be removing everything else of mine from the room during your sublet, and you can decorate as you please. ✨
There is a bathtub in the upstairs bathroom, which I've included a photo of. All housemates are welcome to use this upstairs bathtub (communial). 🩵
I'll be removing all personal items from the room before and during your stay, except I will leave my bed, drawers/shelves, bedside table and full length mirror.
My room is available for sublet from the start of March until mid April 2026 (1-1.5 months).
