I am looking for 2 new housemates to move into a lovely 3-bedroom apartment in Caringbah. Rent will be $300 for each room. Both rooms are available from early January and I am looking for someone to stay long term.

The bedrooms are spacious and sunny with both having a double mirrored built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The rooms will be unfurnished (ignore the bed in one of the photos) and there is a common bathroom that will be shared between 2 people. The apartment is part of a secure complex and has an open plan living/dining area with a large sun-filled balcony! The living room, kitchen and laundry are furnished. Utilities (including internet) will be split evenly and paid quarterly and to make it even better, the apartment complex has its own pool.

2x lock up garage are also available for $50/week per garage if you are interested.

The apartment is located only a 10min walk from the Hospital and a 5 mins walk from the train station. The area is lovely, safe and walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. It is also a very short drive to Miranda Westfield and so much more!

Looking for housemates in their mid -late 20s. Non-smokers and unfortunately no pets!
