Are you new to Sydney or looking for a sea change to the Northern Beaches ....?

We are looking for a housemate to join for a minimum of 6- 12 months - in Clontarf (one suburb up from Mosman and next to Balgowlah Heights - 5 mins from Manly). Bus route nearby.

We have a studio sized bedroom for $475 coming up in our fab 5 bedroom - 2 x lounge home. Shared by 3 people.

One of our housemates has left to travel.
This room is a large studio design with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbour. It is partially furnished and has a separate entrance to the house. access to the main house, lounge/s, kitchen, bathroom, laundry etc is fully available. A bar fridge and tiny food prep area are in the studio.

It's the kind of large room you can make your own. It has a leather sofa bed at this time. But past housemates have brought in their own bed and use the sofa to provide a sitting area or their own office/tv area.

We are looking for a fabulous housemate.
Having a steady job or study course (or both) works for our 3 level home built onto the side of a cliff, with the beach, marina park and cafes below us.

The house is like a Malibu beach house on the cliff overlooking the harbour. The Park, marina and cafes are in Clontarf Park below as are the beaches. They are a walk away down the driveway and across the road. We have an amazing location.
