Bedroom comes unfurnished. She would not be leaving this unit if she hadnt been offered a job in queensland. She can give you a reference for the last year that I have been here. The neighbours are lovely and from the frontroom there is a beautiful view of the city skyline.
Unfortunately the current housemate has to leaving this beautiful spot as she is moving to the Gold Coast.
