About the property
The unit is in such a good location - only a 10-minute walk to Crows Nest metro - with so many nice cafes, bars and parks nearby. There were recent refurbishments to the flooring, bathroom and all kitchen appliances, so everything works great. The landlords have been very helpful and everyone in the apartment block (only 5 units) is friendly and quiet. There is also a parking spot out the back of the property designated for our unit. About the flatmates
I'm looking for someone to take over my room for three months whilst I move overseas for a short period for work. You'll be living with my flat mate Emily (23 y/o) who is a recently qualified Lawyer from New Zealand. Emily loves the outdoors, is very sociable and looking for someone with similar interests. We are looking for a fellow professional that is tidy and chilled during the week but happy to let their hair down at weekends!
