• Approx. 7 mins walk to Edgecliff Station
• 10 mins to Double Bay
• 12 mins to Potts Point
Easy access to cafes, beaches, and public transport.
The home:
This is a relaxed, clean space. It’s not a party house or somewhere for late nights or kick-ons. Friends over for dinner or drinks is completely fine, but it’s best suited to someone who enjoys a quieter home. Partners staying occasionally is no problem, just not most nights of the week.
