Relaxed, easy going household, looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to share with 1 female and 1 male.
We enjoy a top floor, absolute waterfront apartment, overlooking the river, on a quiet Drummoyne street close to the city.
The apartment is spacious. You'll have your own good sized bedroom, and a large shared bathroom (sharing with Leyda) at a nice distance from each other so you’re never feeling like you’re on top of each other.
The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, clothes drawer, wardrobe, bedside table. The bedroom receives direct sunlight in the morning and is well lit throughout the day. The room has water views.
The building has a fantastic communal entertaining and BBQ area at ground level just metres from the water which you can see in the pictures and a private jetty. Great for paddling if you're into that.
This is a great location, in close proximity to the city, ferries and multiple bus stops enabling easy commuting in any direction. An IGA, pub, post office etc are all within a 10 minute walk.
There are many great parks and waterside runs/hikes also just minutes away.

Chris is originally from Perth. He works in manufacturing and enjoys outdoor activities.
Leyda migrated from Columbia and works in the hotel industry.
We're happy if you want to just do your own thing, or want to be best mates. Most important for us and for a harmonious home is to keep the noise down on work nights, clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom and laundry and to respect privacy.
