I’m looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful flatmate to share my home. This is a calm household and not a party house, so it would suit someone with a similar lifestyle. No smoking or vaping in the apartment.
I’m a lash technician and work in a salon 4 days a week and from home 3 days, so it’s important the house is kept tidy and noise is kept low, especially during work hours. Someone in the beauty industry would be ideal — I’m happy to share my workspace on the days I’m not working from home.
In my spare time, I enjoy catching up with friends, going for walks, and keeping a balanced, relaxed routine.
My partner stays over around 3–4 nights a week and will be contributing to the bills, just to be upfront.
The room is fully furnished, including a queen-size bed, with your own bathroom featuring recent tapware upgrades and ample storage. The apartment also offers beautiful waterfront views. A car spot is available at an additional cost.
The location is very convenient — an 8-minute walk to Birkenhead, with an express bus to the city nearby.
Common areas are already set up, so I’m not looking to add extra furniture to shared spaces.
