About the property
Hello!
Looking for a roomie to come rent the medium sized bedroom in a spacious town house. Can come furnished with well maintained white double bed and desk, both with storage.
The room comes with a built in wardrobe and size wise: can fit a single, king single or double bed and desk. You will have your own private large bathroom (separate bath and shower etc not shown in photos). There is also a shared downstairs toliet in the laundry.
I'm afraid that there is no inbuilt air con but flooring for both rooms is tile, which is lovely come summer time - the house is relatively cool. There's also a great sized fully flenced yard for you to hang your laundry on the clothes line, bring out your green thumb or relax. Laundry and all kitchen facilities out available to use - no dish washer but plenty of kitchen storage space.
The outside environment is very safe, with an Adore Cafe and bus stop just up and down the street. Tempe train station and shops is less than 5 minutes drive away - very convenient to get to the city (10-15 mins) and other surbubs like Wolli Creek, Marrickville, and Mascot. Earlwood is a beautiful suburb with plenty of parks like Cooks river and hiking trails nearby. Also close drive to Sydenham metro (quicker city commute) and Dulwich Hill train station (bankstown line)! Safe street parking available and drive way parking available for the right person.
Huge animal lover so super accepting of well mannered, quiet (we're often WFH in meetings/ working sorry) and clean pets. If you have a cat, there's enough space in the large bathroom for a litter box. FEEL FREE TO ALSO TEXT/MESSAGE ME FOR MORE PHOTOS OR INSPECTION.

About the flatmates
Note: we're a long term couple in our late 20's to early 30's who are tidy, easygoing, work-orientated and respectful people. Partner has lived in earlwood for most of his life and the current place for the last 6 years. While being friendly, we tend to be more introverted and like to recharge by keeping to ourselves after a busy day working long hours and are often at volleyball or the nearby park on the weekends. That said, always happy to help out if you need! The house already comes fully furnished but feel free to enquire if you have your own stuff (:
Would prefer someone who isn't a party roommate, also chill, and is okay with seeing guests mostly outside the house for privacy.
Last thing: love a good fresh juice but we'd probably shrivel up if someone blended before 9 am and after midnight please haha
