About the property
We have a huge house with wide hallway and lovely finishes. It's a bit of an antique but well looked after - check out the picture of the bathroom! We also have an enormous back yard. There are vegetable gardens, trees, lawns and a big shed. It's a lovely place to hang out and relax in and there's loads of space for you to grow things if that's your bag. All the rooms are big and there's certainly lots of space to spread out and do your thing.
We are about 5minutes walk to Earlwood and all the shops (Coles, Earlwood Grocer, lots of places to eat and the pub). We have a bus stop outside our door and more in Earlwood and Bardwell Park station is a 5 minute walk away.

About the flatmates
We are 2 women in our 50s, both working. I have a cattle dog, she has a cat. We're vegetarian but considerate meat eaters are welcome. We keep to ourselves and are looking for an independent housemate to join us. That said we are friendly and enjoy hanging out together sometimes. We both smoke sometimes but always outside. Our garden is huge and there are lots of lovely spots to smoke or not!
