I work for NSW Health, this property is within walking distance of the NBH - Northern Beaches Hospital, there is a spare desk / study to be available.
Transit time to the beaches is 15-20min away, the pool is 1/4 Olympic salt water, and heated during summer, automatically and does not require any user maintenance.
House has two friendly dogs.
I’m happy for a social drink, 🍹 🍷, eat also happy to provide independent space, occasionally practice (regain) some music skills and hobbies include motorcycles 🏍️ and food.
