Looking for a housemate to rent a room I have available in Gymea.
Ideally looking for another female, non smoker and must be someone who loves dogs as I have a beautiful golden retriever who loves lots of attention ❤️😆
It's a 3 bedroom house but it will be just me as a housemate. Rent is $360 a week plus electricity and internet bill only (water included in rent).
Move in date is flexible around mid Feb to early March.
