Laundry room have washing machine, dryer and exhaust fan.

Rent includes gas, electricity and internet bill. Also cover amenities: laundry washing powder, dish washing powder, toilet paper & paper towel.

Rules and Inconveniences:

1. This entire apartment building is smoke free, inside and outside, include balcony. So that this room is not suitable for smoker/vaping.

2. Kitchen has induction cooktop & dish washer. Two shelves cabinet available for storage. Please bring your own cookware, utensil and plates. Fridge has 2 shelves available. Kettle & microwave oven are shared.

3. Bathroom drawer is made of MDF (highly susceptible to water damage) and hence silicon sealant was applied between drawer and floor, but care still need to be taken whilst using bathroom.

4. Internet included in rent. At times, mobile coverage can be patchy. Therefore, your mobile need to support WiFi calling to supplement the coverage.

5. This unit is on top (2nd) floor. There are 2 short flight of stair to get into the building and 2 longer flight of stair to reach top floor. There are no elevator.

6. Bond is handled by NSW Fair trading's Rental Bonds Online.
