Hi, I'm ooking for a tidy and considerate female flatmate to share lovely 2 bedroom townhouse with me (tidy and considerate female) in quiet street and complex. This is a really safe peaceful quiet place, it's not a party place. Security doors and window.

Light, clean, single furnished room, in Webb Avenue, Hornsby. Close to train station and Westfield shops, and bush walking track, beautiful bird life here.

Would suit a student or working person or commuter.

Room has built in wardrobe, desk and office chair, and comfortable king single bed ensemble, and sitting chair. Access to a balcony, a front and back courtyard. The bed has only ever been a guest bed.

Re own bathroom: there are 2 bathrooms in the townhouse, and the main bathroom is available (shower, toilet, basin, bath) but would need to share access to the bath only. So would not need to share the shower/toilet/basin with anyone.

Room and house is furnished but anything additional needed have to purchase. This is share accommodation, not boarding.

Required upfront:
2 weeks rent ($730) plus 4 week deposit ($1460), and rent paid so that rent always two weeks in advance.
2 weeks notice required prior to vacating.
Gas and Electricity paid separately when the bill comes in approx additional $10 - $20 per week depending on season and usage.

NBN is available to share costs of if interested, but not required to share
