About the property
Really nice quiet street a behind the main road with heaps of parking and shops including the Westfield nearby too.
The train station is a 10 ish minute walk from the house if you catch the train for work. If you do drive though there is plenty of parking on the street.
Bills are pretty cheap because the landlord has solar panels on the roof so electricity isn’t too expensive.
In the kitchen there’s two fridges pots and pans bowls all that good stuff so really all you’ll need to bring is a bed.
In the pictures there was still someone living there but if you move in it will be cleaned out with no furniture.

Hey!
I’m Dan. I’m looking for a roommate in my share house in Hornsby. I’m a carpenter in the northern beaches and spend most of my time there working. I spend lots of time with friends of my partner, often spending a lot of nights at her house so I’m not always around.
There are two other people in the house, Harry and Tim. Harry works at the same company as me so our schedules are the same. Tim is a mechanic and works for the rfs so he is often very busy too.
