We’re offering a spacious room in our cozy home, located on the ground floor. The room features two full walls of sliding glass doors, which can be opened to let in a lovely breeze and plenty of natural sunlight — perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The room comes with its own toilet located just outside the door, while the shower is shared with two other people and is located upstairs — essentially a half ensuite setup. Thanks to the large glass doors, the room is filled with natural light throughout the day.

Our home features a large living and dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer, and you’ll have access to unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi at all times.

The house is just a 5-minute walk to the train station, which is currently being upgraded to a metro station. Once completed (expected in the next 4–5 months), it will offer a convenient 15–20 minute commute to the city. Bus stops and train replacements are also within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get around.

You’ll find plenty of food options nearby, including a Thai restaurant, two burger joints, Domino’s, McDonald’s, and a few other local eateries. Woolworths and Aldi are also within a 10-minute walk. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, with ample street parking available.

We’re currently in the process of furnishing the common areas, so you’ll just need to furnish your room. However, if you need the room furnished, we’re flexible — just let us know and we can see what we can arrange.
