Accessibility: You’ll be living 5 mins away from UNSW, a stone’s throw from Anzac Parade. A two-minute to the light rail and bus stop that’ll take you to the city in 20 mins. A 5-min walk to IGA and Woolies Metro with loads of eateries all around (Maccas, Ogalo,, Subway, It’s Time for Thai and more). You couldn’t be in a better spot.
The Room: Comes furnished with ensuite and most necessities like double bed (with mattress), built-in robes, study desk, a bed-side table, a chair and a balcony too.
The House: The house is furnished with a super-comfy couch, an air-con, full-equipped kitchen, laundry area and a TV. We also have a garage, should you have a vehicle.
The property is managed professionally by an agent with the bond money being $1000.

You'll be living with yours truly and Usman, both working full-time in the city.
I love to cook, enjoy going for hikes and runs. Usman is a big-time foodie and enjoys looking out for the next big restaurant.
Both like to be organised, clean, quiet and respectful of others' privacy. We're looking for someone who is happy to move into a quiet place, can clean up after themselves and doesn't take themselves too seriously.
