Centennial Park is on our doorstep (literally, cross the road and you are in), perfect for picnics, exercise, or whatever you like to do in the park. Also within a short walking distance is another athletic park, some delightful cafes, a delicious fresh bakery, and multiple gyms. Also, Moore Park Entertainment Quarter and the SCG/Football stadiums are within walking distance, so perfect if you love sports or catching live music or local events.

The apartment is fully furnished, with newish furniture/decor, so it's clean, chic, and cozy, ready to move in straight away. The communal living space is open plan with lots of natural light, a balcony for wine in the evening, or a coffee (from the espresso machine) in the morning—a stylish dining area for entertaining or a relaxed home-cooked meal.
