All our rooms are share bedrooms; 2 females (maximum) per bedroom.

We currently have two spaces free (for 2 girls).

Ideal for students, but it's also good for non-students.

This is a fully furnished, modern, clean granny flat. Set in a family oriented, quiet and safe area.

Located near UNSW, USyd, UTS, Tafe colleges, schools, hospital, retail, businesses, shops, East Village, cafes, Supa-Centa, parks, gyms, CBD, all public transport...

It has 3 furnished bedrooms (with bunk beds and a nice, spacious, mirrored wardrobe in each room), 2 complete bathrooms, a fully supplied laundry space, a nice fully supplied kitchen, a furnished living area, a balcony, fans, 2 refrigerators, TV, DVD, Free Unlimited Internet.

The dwelling has its own entrance.
You will be given your own keys to use throughout your stay with us.

If you are a female who is kind, considerate, co-operative, respectful, clean, neat and tidy ... do feel free to apply.

This is a friendly, quiet dwelling. Not a party place.

We can arrange for you to view the dwelling at a convenient time. :) :) :)

Please do not make presumptions about our accommodation till you have come by; inspected the place and have spoken to us first.

If you are going to be demanding, and or promise you will come by for an inspection and then end up not turning up, or you promise that you will move in on a specific day and then you do not, and you don't even communicate to let us know, then please do not even enquire.

I'm sorry, but if you do not reciprocate our consideration, time and respect then we do not want to know you.

I'm putting this here because unfortunately we've had a few too many individuals who have had the tenacity to take advantage of our kindness only to disappoint us inconsiderately!
