the location is very convenient being Just 10-minutes away from the city, Steps away from Centennial Park (ideal for runs, walks, or picnics) and Close to public transport being in walking distance from both tram lines. the apartment is also 10 minutes away from the beach this makes it really nice in the summer.
its a very calm neighbourhood so I would say that also a good thing.
