About the property
The flat has a great location- about 10 minutes walk to UNSW/NIDA and about 15-20 minutes to the city on light rail. The common areas of the flat are completely furnished and the room has built in wardrobe. The flat has plenty of street parking if you have a car- it can be a bit difficult to find a park from 9-5 due to all the uni students but generally is fine after 5:30. I'd prefer a longer-term agreement (6 months+) and am happy to cover utilities/internet etc.

Hi!
I'm looking for a flatmate to take over the 2nd room in my lovely 2bed/2bath apartment in Kensington.
A bit about me: I'm 23 (nearly 24) and halfway through a PhD at UNSW, so most of my time is spent working/studying. Not against the occasional house party but I'm definitely more of a dinner/movie night with friends kind of person. My main hobbies outside of work are knitting, reading and F1 🧶📖🏎️, and I like to keep a calm, clean and ~vibey home.
You will also be sharing the apartment with my cat so if you have any allergies this might not be the flat for you 😸😸😸
