This place would suit you if you an outdoorsy person looking for a clean and functional place to stay, thats very close to Sydney CBD. Preferably looking for young professionals to join our home.

We have queen bed Furnished rooms in a secure 3 bed Apartment that has access to a Pool, Indoor Gym, Tennis Court, Sauna, and Spa. There is In complex and On Street Parking available. Flexible furnished living including Built in Cupboards, Body Length Mirrors, Good quality internet and all amenities needed for comfortable living.

Some Specifics:
> Rent paid weekly in advance on the Monday for 7 days(Mon to Sun) (preferably automated for reduced issues).
> Room reserved on receipt of deposit or the bond (4 weeks rent) (payable before moving in) (the bond is used in the event of damage or lack of adequate notice or payment - post receipt of notice to vacate.)
> International applicants will need to show proof of funds/ability to support the room rent.
> No Smoking, drugs or damage inside the property (outside the building is up to you). Tenants will be asked to leave within the week if a breech is found. Please treat the residence as a home and not a motel/hotel
> Access to the rooms on a semi-regular basis is needed for repairs, viewings and improvements. Adequate notice will be given so that you are not disadvantaged.

Please let me know in advance of you have any specific needs that may need to be accommodated. Bills work out to about $50-80 extra per month depending on your usage.

I require 1 months notice prior to you leaving so that I can find a replacement housemate. Anyone moving out requires to clean all aspects of the room free from dust and dirt. All Linens & borrowed need to be washed/ cleaned and returned in good working order. Thanks
