This house is modern, clean and very easy to live in, 5 min walk to cafes, breweries and supermarkets on Norton street. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet in the laundry. There is a backyard with built in BBQ, and 1 off street carpark. I am flexible on room allocation (2 queen sized rooms, one with ensuite, and other with large general use bathroom), use of third bedroom (study or another bedroom), car park and general set up, so happy to chat through all of that with the right candidate. All bedrooms have massive in built wardrobes - so heaps of storage. House is fully furnished except for bedroom space. I do have a spare double futon and some other bits of furniture if needed to fill the space. Will add photos with furniture in shortly.
