About the flatmates
Hi everyone! We are offering two Furnished bedroom (one upstairs and one downstairs) and private washroom downstairs in our new 2 storey home. It comes with a great quality queen bed and (optional) table & office chair.
You will be staying with me mostly (my partner is based interstate and is rarely in Sydney) in our new 2 storey house. I work full time and have to travel for work quite often.
All day street parking right outside the property. Extremely convenient location, 3 minutes walk to lightrail station, 1 minute walk to IgA, 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
Looking for someone who's clean and tidy, respectful of our place. No smoking and pets in the house. If you think you will be a good fit rent is negotiable :)
In my spare time I love going outdoors, swimming, playing basketball and golf :)
