I’m looking to rent out two rooms in a home that I’ve put a lot of care into. I’m the owner and I’ve furnished the place well, so it feels comfortable, warm, and easy to live in from day one.
Room 1 (very large room):
A spacious room that can easily fit a queen bed plus an electric standing desk, with plenty of room to still move around and make it your own.
Room 2 (smaller room):
Perfect for someone who wants a cosy setup. It comfortably fits a single bed and a study desk, ideal for someone who works or studies and likes a quieter space.
The home:
The kitchen is a real highlight. It’s large, well set up, and great if you enjoy cooking. The whole place has been thoughtfully furnished and looked after, so everything feels clean, modern, and welcoming.
Location:
You’re right near the Bay Run for walks or exercise, and close to Leichhardt and Balmain for cafes, restaurants, and a bit of life on the weekends. It’s a great pocket of Sydney with everything nearby.
Who I’m looking for:
I’d love to live with people who are kind, respectful of others, easy going, and clean. It’s important to me that the home feels calm and comfortable for everyone. I’m very flexible as an owner and easy to deal with. I just want good people who will treat the place like a home.
