It kinda medium space it's not overly big home it's a villa, it has all facilities obviously all amenities to shower and toilet kitchen, lounge TV, your own bedroom and privacy and a loungeroom to hang out in plus washing machine facilities.
A small backyard if you wish to smoke cigarettes maybe a drink here and there.
I base myself on privacy in your own confounds as to your own room.
There is parking on road if you drive.
I've made it home, and jazzied it up with my own furniture.
This home is not really overly big it's homely, as stated.
Contact I will give the address in organising a meeting with you if you are interested, I have asked the new flatmate to put 2 weeks bond $510 and 2 weeks rent $510 in advance.

The bedroom has the basics now a double bed with fresh sheets bedside table draw and built in cupboards, plus a closing door to your room, if you wish for a lock we can put one on the door it's not much trouble to change that.

You are welcome to bring your own personal things within reasonable means as stated you don't need a bed as there is one in the room it is clean I use mattress protectors and draws, plus a built in cubboard you are welcome to use your own bedding covers, if you wish and a mattress cover.

All I ask if you are to move in please respect my personal items and space too, where you are welcome to use everything in common areas as kitchen for cooking, loungeroom TV.
I can again connect internet, I turned of as I wasn't really using it much.
