Hello!!

I’m looking for someone to share my cosy and super cute apartment on the second floor of a leafy, tree-hugged building. It’s got two bedrooms, a kitchen, a small laundry with a washing machine, a comfy living room, and one bathroom.

The trees around the building keep it nice and cool in the summer. Plus, there’s a pool on the property that's regularly cleaned in the summer!!

Location-wise, we’re only a few mins walk from Dulwich Hill station (closed atm but there’s a replacement bus to Sydneham station), a 15-minute walk to the nearest Woolies, and we’ve got the 412 bus right on our street too.

Important details:
- Bills are included in the rent, but for a brief break down: Wifi ($63 per month), Electricity ($70-90 per month), and Gas ($90-100 per month)
- The bond is 2 weeks of rent ($820), and rent is paid fortnightly (or we can chat about what works best for you!).
- The room has a built-in closet and a cozy bed, but if you have your own bed setup, I can move the bed out for you!
- We have a parking spot! ( I don't have a car so it's empty!) - there's also on-street parking, but a permit is required if you don't want a ticket :)
