Nice room in a chill sharehouse in Marrickville. Very close to Cooks River, Marrickville and Tempe Stations, and Illawarra Rd shops, 10min walk to Woolworths. We have one off-street car space to share between housemates, but plenty of street parking. Two bathrooms, both with toilet and shower.
We are looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease from the start of Feb. Rent is $290/wk, paid at the start of each fortnight (so 2 weeks in advance starting on Feb 1st). Bond is 4 weeks in advance.
