Room Available from the 1st of March in Our Beautiful Marrickville Home – Couples or Singles Welcome!
Hey legends! Jeremy, Jasmin (Jas), Beth and Oyem are on the hunt for a new housemate (or a couple!) to join us in our dreamy Marrickville terrace. I will be leaving shortly to go back to Queensland, so looking for someone awesome to replace me :)

We live in a spacious two-storey, four-bedroom terrace with all the bells and whistles:

2 bathrooms, 2 toilets
2 living areas
Huge courtyard, front porch AND a balcony
High ceilings, stained glass windows, and charming character throughout
It’s a proper stately home with plenty of space to spread out and settle in.
LGBTIQA+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈
We’re right next to Henson Park, moments away from the Sunday markets, cafes, pubs, and some of the loveliest neighbours you’ll ever meet.
🚶‍♀️ 5-minute walk to Victoria Road for city buses
🚆 About 15 minutes to Sydenham and Marrickville train stations

💸 Rent is $357.50/week for a single. For a couple, the rent would be adjusted according to the number of people in the house.

Who You’d Be Living With:

Jeremy – Our resident chef, Jeremy can whip up a next-level meal with two grains of rice and a wok. He works in hospitality and, in his spare time, he’s either making music in his studio or out wandering the Inner West checking in on the local bug scene (someone’s gotta do it).

Jasmin (Jas) – me ☺️

Beth- super friendly and kind full time nurse. She’s always up for a chat and is keen to make new friends with her roomies.

Oyem – A fantastic cook and a full-time software engineer. He’s super open and always down for a chat or getting to know new people. Whether it's food, tech, or good conversation, he’s got you covered.

We're after someone who’s easygoing, open-minded, clean and keen to contribute to a friendly, comfortable share house vibe ( we are looking for a friend not just roommate). Whether you're a single or a couple, if this sounds like your kind of home, we'd love to hear from you.
